Ra888 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers on users when processing deposits or withdrawals.

Where a suspension is the result of a user's violation, any unused bonus balance will be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the user once the investigation concludes, unless the funds in question are implicated in suspected fraudulent activity.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ra888 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned following identity verification and fulfilment of all relevant conditions.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the ra888 platform are the property of ra888 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
